The police have been called on several occasions and again today.
At 5am this morning he was banging on the patio doors of my mum's flat demanding to be let in.
She's sitting there petrified and scared and crying.
Tyndale house Sanctuary Housing Rochford council have done nothing to help.
As landlords to the property by law they have to ensure that every tenant has peaceful living and leaving this situation is breaking the law.
I hope Karen Johnson actually does something about this now.
